We serve San Diego and surrounding areas within these zip codes: 92101, 92102, 92103, 92105, 92106, 92107, 92108, 92109, 92110, 92113, 92116, 92111, 92037, 92123, 92124, 92014, 92121, 92122, 92126, 92127, 92128, 92129, 92131, 92130. Delivery outside these zones may be available upon request, with additional fees.

5.2 Delivery Times

Deliveries occur during business hours.Exact times aren't guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.Same-day delivery is available for orders placed with at least 2 hours' notice, subject to availability.

5.3 Delivery Conditions

We'll strive to deliver on time but aren't liable for delays beyond our control.If the recipient isn't available, we may leave the arrangement in a safe spot, with a neighbor, or return it to our store for pickup.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Order Changes and Cancellations
